This signifies that our platform, systems and processes meet or exceed the rigorous standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) with respect to information security. Over 2,200 specialty physicians and their practices depend on HealthMe to offer transparently priced healthcare bundles to direct-pay patients and employers, while simplifying the consumer experience and payments for over 30,000 episodes of care in the past 12 months.

SOC 2 is a technical auditing process led by independent third-party auditors who measure the security of an organization’s unique data processing systems and evaluate how effective the safeguards and controls that organization has in place. HealthMe partnered with the Johanson Group, who helped us go above and beyond the minimum requirements for SOC 2 by integrating our systems to monitor compliance to the SOC 2 framework around the clock and not just during the audit window.
